Timetables and start dates
All our classes are group classes, taught live in Kilburn, London (2 Iverson Road, NW6 2HE) and online, so you can join from anywhere.
Dates marked Provisional may change while we confirm funding and partners. We will always confirm your timetable in writing before you start.

Apprentice training (day release) Provisional
These sessions take place during working hours, so they count towards the apprentice’s off-the-job training. Apprentices join through their employer and our approved main-provider partner.
| Programme | Release day | Time (UK) | Where | Learning hours |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Software Development Technician (L3) and Software Developer (L4): web and React modules | Friday | 9:30am–12:30pm and 1:30pm–4:30pm | Kilburn and online | 6 a day |
| AI and Automation Practitioner (L4): generative AI, prompting, agents and RAG modules | Monday | 9:30am–12:30pm and 1:30pm–4:30pm | Kilburn and online | 6 a day |
| Split option (for employers who can’t release a full day) | Tuesday and Thursday | 1:30pm–4:30pm | Online only | 3 + 3 |
Lunch is 12:30–1:30pm and is not counted as training.
- Each module block is 16 weeks, which is 96 hours of off-the-job training with Fasttrack. The main provider delivers the rest of the programme and plans the total hours with the employer.
- Bank holidays. If a release day falls on a bank holiday, the session moves online to another working day that week, within working hours.
- Records. Attendance and off-the-job hours are recorded every session and shared with the main provider each month, through our learning platform, TeachCMS.
- Catching up. Missed sessions are caught up during working hours, never as unpaid evening work.
Sample apprentice day (Software Developer, Friday)
- Stand-up: what you built at work this week
- Teaching: React state and effects
- Break
- Guided build: fetching API data into components
- Lunch (not counted)
- Pair programming on the module project
- Break
- Code review and reflection log (evidence for the apprentice’s portfolio)
- Finish
