02 / HOW IT WORKS, IN ONE

How it works, in one minute

  1. The employerhires the apprentice (or chooses an existing employee) and pays their wages.
  2. The main training provider(our approved partner) signs the apprenticeship agreement with the employer, manages the funding and the training plan, and teaches part of the programme.
  3. Fasttrackteaches the specialist modules (for example web development or generative AI) in Kilburn or online, during the apprentice’s paid working hours.
  4. At the end, an independent end-point assessment checks the apprentice is fully competent.

Apprentices never pay for their training.
